LRDMC Travel India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth in the travel industry.
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social media campaigns
Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and brand visibility
Manage website content, blogs, and landing pages for traffic and lead generation
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions, etc.)
Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials
Manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Ensure websites are responsive, secure, and optimized for performance
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain web applications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 2–3 years preferred for managerial role)
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
Basic understanding of website management and landing page optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage budgets and meet performance targets
Experience in travel or tourism industry (added advantage)
Knowledge of content marketing and performance marketing
Familiarity with marketing automation tools
