Job Description

Liberating Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Google Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with Google Ads, and the ability to drive quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversions.

• Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting.

• Generate qualified leads through paid advertising campaigns.

• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.

• Work closely with the sales and development teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.

• Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong expertise in Google Ads.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.

• Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred

• Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.

• Experience in lead generation campaigns for digital marketing or IT services.
