📌 Job Summary

Lead Height Digital Marketing is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist who can plan, create, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for multiple client accounts.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of content planning, audience engagement, and social media growth strategies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create monthly content calendars and posting strategies

• Plan engaging posts, reels, and campaign ideas

• Write captions, hashtags, and content briefs

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement

• Analyze performance metrics and improve content strategy

• Execute brand awareness and engagement campaigns

• Track trends and implement new social media ideas

• Generate leads through organic social media activities

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Social Media Marketing

• Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms

• Knowledge of content strategy and audience psychology

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts

• Creative thinking and trend awareness

• Good communication and copywriting skills

🛠 Tools Knowledge (Preferred)

• Meta Business Suite

• Canva / Adobe tools (basic understanding)

• Instagram Insights & Analytics

• Scheduling tools (Meta Planner / Buffer / Hootsuite)

• Basic knowledge of reels & short-form content strategy

• Agency experience preferred

• Experience handling multiple brands/accounts
