Urgent Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to manage our digital marketing activities, lead the team, and drive brand growth through social media, paid advertising, and effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple brands and lead the digital marketing team.
Develop and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and marketing campaigns.
Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand growth.
Oversee content planning, approvals, publishing, and brand consistency.
Manage influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and online reputation.
Coordinate with external agencies for SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse reports, and implement data-driven improvements.
Manage basic website updates using WordPress.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Required Skills & Software Knowledge
Hands-on experience in social media marketing, digital marketing strategies, and paid advertising using Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
Experience in team management, task allocation, campaign planning, and social media scheduling.
Understanding of SEO, Google Search Console, influencer marketing, and online reputation management.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking and reporting.
Manage website content updates and basic website maintenance using WordPress.
Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Gemini for content creation, research, and marketing optimisation.
Working knowledge of Canva for graphic design, with the ability to create social media creatives as required.
Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
