DIGITAL MARKETING & CONTENT MANAGER — MULTI-BRAND

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead the online presence of multiple hospitality, nightlife, wellness and lifestyle brands, primarily Don’t Tell Mama (DTM) and Sunday the Spa.

This role combines strategy with execution. The person will be responsible for deciding what each brand should communicate, planning campaigns and content, coordinating production, publishing consistently, and measuring what is actually working.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a distinct digital and social-media strategy for each brand

• Prepare monthly campaign plans and weekly content calendars

• Plan content around events, offers, treatments, occasions and cultural moments

• Write briefs, captions, scripts, campaign concepts and promotional copy

• Coordinate and supervise photo and video shoots

• Capture usable phone content during events or at business locations when required

• Work with photographers, videographers, designers, influencers and other vendors

• Edit or supervise the editing of reels, stories and short-form videos

• Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms

• Manage comments, messages, reviews and online community engagement

• Maintain each brand’s tone, visual identity and content quality

• Identify influencers and manage collaborations from outreach through reporting

• Coordinate paid campaigns with an advertising specialist or agency

• Monitor reach, engagement, follower quality, enquiries, bookings and campaign conversions

• Produce a concise monthly performance report with insights and next actions

• Maintain an organised content library containing photographs, videos, templates and brand assets

• Visit business locations regularly and cover important events, launches and activations

Candidate profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing

• Demonstrable work with hospitality, nightlife, beauty, wellness, luxury or lifestyle brands preferred

• Strong portfolio of social accounts, campaigns, reels and content calendars

• Excellent visual judgment and strong written English

• Comfortable using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut or Adobe tools and analytics platforms

• Able to manage several brands without making their content look or sound identical

• Strong planning, follow-through and vendor-management skills

• Comfortable working during selected evenings or weekends for important events, with appropriate time off

• Commercial mindset: understands that attractive content must ultimately create awareness, enquiries, footfall and bookings

• Content is planned and approved in advance

• Posting remains consistent across all active brands

• Each brand develops a recognizable and appropriate identity

• Content quality and audience engagement improve

• DMs, enquiries, reservations, appointments and event responses increase

• Campaigns and collaborations are tracked and evaluated

• Shoots and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
