About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist with 1–5 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and analytics.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.

• Plan and manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing campaigns.

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO activities.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

• Create and manage social media content calendars and campaigns.

• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.

• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

• Coordinate with content, design, sales, and development teams to execute marketing campaigns.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

• Identify new opportunities to improve online visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Basic understanding of keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Digital marketing certification is an added advantage.

• Candidates with relevant practical experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Experience Levels

1–2 Years: Digital Marketing Executive
Focus on campaign execution, SEO, social media, content, reporting, and basic paid advertising.

2–3 Years: Digital Marketing Specialist
Expected to independently manage campaigns, analyze performance, optimize budgets, and generate actionable insights.

3–5 Years: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
Expected to own digital marketing strategy, manage larger campaigns/budgets, drive lead generation and conversions, and mentor junior team members.
