🚀 We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Manager

📍 Location: Whitefield / KR Puram, Bangalore (Work From Office)

DIGI TJS is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to build, manage, and scale our complete digital presence from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies
✅ Manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
✅ Create and manage engaging content calendars and campaigns
✅ Build and grow our YouTube channel from scratch
✅ Plan, create, optimize, and manage video content for YouTube
✅ Run and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns
✅ Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing channels
✅ Drive customer acquisition and increase conversion rates
✅ Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing activities
✅ Track campaign performance, analytics, and ROI
✅ Build brand awareness and online engagement across all platforms

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
✔ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
✔ Experience managing and scaling social media accounts and YouTube channels
✔ Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation funnels
✔ Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
✔ Ability to independently build and manage digital marketing operations from scratch
