Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and manage the marketing budget across digital channels.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
2. Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Track and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
3. SEO & Content
Oversee on-page, off-page SEO, and technical SEO initiatives.
Work with the content team to plan and publish high-quality content (blogs, landing pages, videos).
Ensure content is aligned with SEO best practices.
4. Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Track audience engagement and optimize content performance.
5. Email Marketing & Automation
Create targeted email campaigns for lead nurturing, retention, and engagement.
Use automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.) to streamline workflows.
6. Website & Landing Pages
Manage website updates, UX improvements, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
Collaborate with designers and developers to build high-converting landing pages.
7. Data & Analytics
Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing dashboards.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
