lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook &
Instagram).
2. B2B Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads
to identify and connect with international buyers, importers, and retail
partners.
3. Audience Targeting: Create and refine "Custom" and "Lookalike"
audiences to reach high-net-worth individuals and global business
owners.
4. Funnel Optimization: Design and manage the digital journey from the
first ad impression to the final inquiry.
5. Lead Management: Monitor incoming leads in real-time and ensure

We are looking for a result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join
our team. The primary objective of this role is to drive business
growth by generating high-quality B2B inquiries through digital
platforms. This is a performance-driven role where success is
measured by the number and quality of leads generated, not content
creation.
Note: Professional photography and video editing are handled by a
separate team; this role is strictly for marketing strategy and lead
acquisition.
Requirements:
Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in Digital Lead Generation
(Experience in Fashion, Exports, or B2B is a huge plus).
* Technical Expertise: Mastery of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn
Campaign Manager.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and translate numbers into
actionable marketing insights. Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for
professional international communication.
* Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for lead tracking and reporting.
