We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert with a strong performance mindset to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Google Analytics, along with a proven track record of driving growth and ROI.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a strong focus on conversions and ROAS.
Develop and execute Social Media Marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, audiences, and funnels for better conversions.
Manage budgets efficiently and improve cost per acquisition (CPA).
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and campaigns.
Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Solid understanding of Google Analytics, tracking, and performance metrics.
Experience in Social Media Marketing & campaign strategy.
Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and tag management.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is a plus.
