Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketer with 3 years of hands-on experience to spearhead our online growth. You will be responsible for managing a multi-brand ecosystem, driving high-quality traffic, and optimizing conversion funnels for our algorithmic trading products.

Key Responsibilities :

• SEO Strategy: Lead end-to-end SEO efforts, including technical audits, backlink building, and keyword research to maintain top rankings for high-competition trading keywords.

• Content Management: Oversee content strategy across websites and blogs, ensuring all output is SEO-optimized and aligned with our brand voice.

• Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads/Social Media) to maximize ROI and lower Lead Acquisition Costs.

• Social Media & Branding: Manage social media handles, creating engaging campaigns that resonate with the global trading community.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console; provide weekly data-driven insights to the management team.

• Multi-Platform Coordination: Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO-friendly UI/UX changes on WordPress and custom C# backends.
  

Eligibility & Qualifications :

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of core digital marketing experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or any relevant technical stream (to ensure a deep understanding of our software products).

• Language: Fluent English is mandatory. You must be able to write and communicate with international clients and partners effectively.

• Age: Maximum 30 years.
  

Skills & Attributes :

• Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp and master new software and advanced technologies, including trading engines and AI-driven marketing tools.

• Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment where market trends change daily.
