Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our digital presence end-to-end.

This role is not limited to posting on social media. You’ll be responsible for social media management, content planning, paid advertising campaigns, lead generation, performance tracking, and digital growth.

We’re looking for someone who understands what to post, who to target, how to run campaigns, and how to turn data into better results.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

• Create and execute monthly/weekly content calendars.

• Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories, carousels, polls and campaigns.

• Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.

• Monitor trends, competitors and relevant industry conversations.

• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.

• Track engagement, reach, followers and overall social media growth.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

• Set campaign objectives, audiences, budgets and bidding strategies.

• Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences and campaigns.

• Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversions and ROAS.

• Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives.

• Manage lead-generation campaigns and ensure leads are properly tracked.

• Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve campaign performance.

Content & Creative Coordination

• Develop content ideas based on business goals, audience behaviour and trends.

• Work with designers/video editors or independently create basic creatives when required.

• Develop concepts for reels, short-form videos, advertisements and promotional campaigns.

• Convert business objectives into engaging digital content.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance across social media and advertising platforms.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Analyse campaign data and identify what is working and what isn't.

• Recommend changes based on data rather than assumptions.

• Maintain basic dashboards/reports for leads, conversions and campaign performance.

Lead Generation & Growth

• Develop digital strategies focused on brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

• Experiment with new platforms, content formats and acquisition channels.

• Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

• Continuously test and improve the digital marketing funnel.
