Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.

• Coordinate end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from influencer selection to campaign execution and reporting.

• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms with influencers.

• Prepare influencer briefs and ensure creators understand campaign objectives, messaging, and deliverables.

• Coordinate content approvals and ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines.

• Monitor influencer content to ensure it follows brand guidelines and campaign requirements.

• Track campaign performance, including reach, engagement, views, clicks, conversions, and ROI.

• Prepare regular campaign reports and share actionable insights with the marketing team.

• Stay updated on emerging creators, social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices.

• Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign details, rates, deliverables, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the creative, social media, performance marketing, and brand teams to execute integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.

• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other major social media platforms.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of social media and campaign metrics.

• Creative mindset with a good understanding of content and current social media trends.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools.
