Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive / Intern (Paid Ads)

About the Role

We are an ads-focused team looking for analytical, execution-driven individuals to join us as either a Full-Time Junior Executive or a Paid Media Intern.

In this role, you won't just be managing organic social media pages—you will be directly involved in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other networks. If you love tracking numbers, testing ad creatives, and want to master performance marketing, this is your launchpad.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Launch: Assist in building and launching ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Daily Monitoring & Budget Tracking: Keep a close eye on active campaigns to ensure budgets are spending correctly and performance flags are caught early.

• Creative & Copywriting Coordination: Work closely with the design team to brainstorm high-converting ad visuals. Write clear, catchy ad copies and hooks in English and Bengali to target regional audiences effectively.

• Data Reporting: Extract daily metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversions, ROAS) from ad dashboards and compile them into clean Excel or Google Sheets reports.

• A/B Testing Support: Help set up split tests for different audiences, angles, and creatives to see what performs best.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  • For Full-Time: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience handling or assisting with paid advertising.

  • For Internship: 0 to 6 months experience. A strong foundational understanding of digital ads, certifications, or a high eagerness to learn is required.

• Language Preference: Strong ability to read and write in Bengali is highly preferred (crucial for crafting and reviewing localized ad copies, regional market targeting, and creative brainstorming).

• Platform Familiarity: Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads dashboard.

• Data Literacy: Comfortable with numbers and basic Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) to track ad performance.
  Communication: Good written communication skills in both English and Bengali for writing ad copies and collaborating with the creative team.

• Location: Ability to commute daily to our office in Sector 5, Salt Lake.
