Job Summary
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and scale our online presence, drive sales through Shopify, and maintain our WordPress website. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Store Management & Sales Growth
Manage and optimize the Shopify store for Hashtag Education products
Drive revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO)
Monitor conversion rates, cart abandonment, and implement CRO strategies
Handle discount campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions
2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Meta, YouTube)
Generate high-quality leads and conversions through paid and organic strategies
Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing automation workflows
Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
3. WordPress Website Management
Manage and update the company WordPress website regularly
Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness
Upload blogs, landing pages, and optimize for SEO
Coordinate with developers/designers for any technical improvements
4. SEO & Content Strategy
Perform keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO
Optimize website content for search rankings and organic traffic growth
Work on backlinking and technical SEO improvements
Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
Identify growth opportunities and suggest improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Hands-on experience with Shopify store management
Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS
Expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Preferred Skills
Experience in EdTech or e-commerce industry
Knowledge of WhatsApp automation and CRM tools
Creative thinking with data-driven decision-making
