डिजिटल मार्केटिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can handle both SEO and social media independently. You will own our website rankings, Instagram and Facebook pages, and plan strategies that bring more students and enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

• Do keyword research for education topics like NIOS/IGNOU admission, guess papers, results and exam updates

• On-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking and content optimisationPlan and execute a monthly link-building strategy to grow domain authority

• Build high-quality, relevant backlinks from education, career and news websites

• Guest posting outreach: find sites, pitch topics and get articles published

• Create linkable content like stats, exam data and guides that naturally earn links

• Get listed on education directories, local business listings and Google Business Profile

• Find and recover broken links, unlinked brand mentions and competitor backlink opportunities

• Build quality backlinks and improve local SEO (Google Business Profile)

Social Media (Instagram & Facebook)

• Manage Instagram and Facebook pages end to end: posting, captions, hashtags, stories and comments

• Plan a monthly content calendar for reels, posts and carousels

• Coordinate with the video/design team to create reels and creatives

• Grow followers, reach and engagement; reply to DMs and comments on time

• Track what content is working and improve strategy based on insights

Strategy & Growth

• Plan digital strategies around admission seasons, exam dates and results

• Run and optimise Meta ads (basic Google Ads knowledge is a plus)

• Keep track of competitors and new trends in education marketing

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in SEO and social media marketing

• Practical knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite

• Proven experience growing Instagram/Facebook pages (please share examples of work)

• Good understanding of reels, trends and short-form content

• Good written English and Hindi

• Basic Canva skills preferred

• Experience in the education sector is a plus

• In-hand salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on skills and experience)

• Day shift, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
