About the role -
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously without compromising quality. You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital presence, engaging our audience, and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage multiple digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising simultaneously
Prioritize and manage competing deadlines across projects with minimal supervision
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, sales, and product
Monitor and adapt campaigns in real time based on performance metrics
Build and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and reporting models to track campaign KPIs
Use VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE and macros to automate reporting and data analysis
Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders
Manage and clean large datasets from CRM, ad platforms, and analytics tools
Create and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Manage editorial calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Write compelling copy for ads, emails, blogs, and landing pages
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building activities
Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC campaigns to optimize ROI
Track organic and paid search performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, conditional formatting, and data visualization
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot or similar CRM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with a data-first approach to decision-making.
