What You'll Do

• Find and shortlist relevant influencers (micro & macro) on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms for brand collaborations

• Reach out to influencers via DM, email, and WhatsApp to pitch ThreeC products

• Negotiate collaboration terms — barter, paid, and affiliate deals

• Coordinate product seeding (sending free products to influencers)

• Track and maintain a database of all influencer contacts, conversations, and deliverables

• Follow up with influencers to ensure timely content delivery

• Monitor influencer content performance and share reports with the team

• Stay updated on trending creators in the beauty, hair care, and lifestyle space

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

• Active on Instagram and familiar with how influencer marketing works

• Organized and detail-oriented — can manage multiple conversations at once

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking

• Bonus: Experience in a D2C brand, beauty/personal care industry, or social media marketing
