Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing, content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media management, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
Manage SEO efforts (on-page and off-page), ensuring higher organic visibility and keyword ranking.
Create and manage content calendars, blog posts, and landing pages optimized for engagement and conversion.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and developers to align marketing efforts with branding goals.
Manage social media platforms, schedule posts, and engage with the audience to increase brand presence.
Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to optimize performance.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other ad platforms.
Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4).
Solid understanding of content marketing, keyword strategy, and user behavior.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and marketing automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
