The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage and grow SUYAGYA's online presence. This is not a "post and pray" role — you will own real outcomes: organic traffic, ad performance, and community growth. You'll work directly with the founder and have full visibility into the brand's digital strategy.
What You'll Own
SEO & Content
On-page SEO for product pages, category pages, and blog posts
Keyword research and content briefs for spiritual/e-commerce topics
Writing or editing product descriptions, blog content, and meta tags
Basic technical SEO — fixing crawl issues, optimizing site structure, internal linking
Meta & Instagram Ads
Setting up, running, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram)
Creating ad copies, testing creatives, managing budgets
Analyzing ROAS and scaling what works
Google Ads
Managing Shopping and Search campaigns for product-level visibility
Performance Max setup and optimization
Regular reporting on CPC, CTR, conversions
Social Media Management
Managing SUYAGYA's Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook presence
Content calendar planning, caption writing (Hinglish welcome), reel strategy
Engaging with followers, building community
Must-Have Skills
0-1 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (e-commerce preferred)
Proven work with SEO tools — Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Real experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
Google Ads hands-on experience (Shopping campaigns a big plus)
Strong writing skills — English and Hindi/Hinglish both needed
Comfortable with Google Analytics 4 and basic data interpretation
Self-driven — you figure things out without being hand-held
Good to Have
Experience in spiritual, wellness, lifestyle, or jewellery e-commerce
Basic Canva or design skills for creating social assets
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
YouTube SEO or video content experience
