WE ARE HIRING – DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join The National Skills Academy to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid advertising, content promotion, and other digital marketing initiatives. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month and a dynamic learning environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

• Manage and improve the organization's social media presence through engaging and relevant content.

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

• Monitor digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns and budgets as required.

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and MIS.

• Coordinate with design and content teams for the timely execution of digital campaigns.

• Develop innovative digital marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness, leads, and engagement.

• Manage website content, social media updates, and online promotional activities.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• Good knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.

• Basic understanding of Google Analytics/GA4 and campaign analytics.

• Strong communication and content coordination skills.

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Creative approach towards digital campaigns and content promotion.

• Candidates with knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing will be preferred.
