Key Responsibilities
Paid Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive leads or conversions.
Social Media Management: Elevate our brand presence across social media channels by creating, scheduling, and managing engaging, high-quality content.
SEO & SEM: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, optimize on-page/off-page content, and implement strategies to improve organic search engine rankings.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily campaign performance, track key metrics (ROI, CTR, CPA), optimize spends to maximize budget efficiency, and prepare detailed performance reports.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure smooth execution of creative assets, copy, and landing pages.
Strategy & Innovation: Brainstorm and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to expand market reach and enhance audience engagement.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console).
Creativity & Analytics: A perfect blend of creative thinking for content ideas and analytical skills to back up decisions with data.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ad copywriting and team collaboration.
Adaptability: Ability to stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
