Position: Social Media Sales & Customer Relationship Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to all customer messages, inquiries, and comments across social media platforms.
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Manage daily social media communication and customer engagement.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and sales techniques.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and sales conversions.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
