Blue Ocean – Ivy League Admissions Strategy

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and building a strong content + creative ecosystem for the brand.
This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, creative, and eager to work in a fast-moving education startup.
Create, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
Edit and manage frequency, retargeting, Audience Retention custom audiences, and Lookalike Audiences
Build campaign structures
Track lead form submissions using multiple tracking methods (pixel, conversions API, events manager, custom event setups)
Manage Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns
Edit attribution settings, optimize keywords, remove non-performing brand keywords
Set up conversion tracking & maintain quality score
Work with designers to create high-converting creatives:
Emotional storytelling videos
Hooks & reels
College-wise creative sets
Admission-based success stories
Maintain brand tone (non-salesy, aspirational, Harvard/Ivy-standard communication)
Ensure all creatives are posted consistently on social platforms
Daily tracking of CPL, CPR, ROAS, engagement & retention
Weekly performance reports with insights & action plans
Competitor research & industry trend analysis
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of audience building, frequency control, attribution windows
Knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking
Ability to write ad copy that feels natural, educational, and aspirational
Comfortable working with creative briefs & storytelling
Good command over English
Analytical mindset with comfort in handling numbers
