Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
Manage daily posts, reels, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram
Create engaging student-focused content (exam tips, testimonials, results, class highlights)
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads
Content & Campaign Management
Prepare monthly content calendars (course launches, test series, results)
Coordinate with faculty to convert academic content into marketing creatives/videos
Promote workshops, webinars, demo classes, and topper talks
SEO & Website Management
Optimize website content for search engines (keywords: NEET PG, INICET, NEXT PG)
Write SEO-friendly blogs (exam strategies, preparation tips, success stories)
Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
Lead Generation & Conversion
Run lead generation campaigns and manage the conversion funnel
Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Retarget prospective students who have shown interest
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly reports on ad performance, engagement, and lead quality
Track ROI of campaigns
Suggest innovative strategies to increase admissions
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Social media marketing (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Telegram engagement)
Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro
Familiarity with Email & WhatsApp marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, WA Broadcast)
