Digital Marketing Expert

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Expert who can independently handle and manage end-to-end marketing activities for the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, customer acquisition, content strategy, paid advertising, analytics, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Manage the complete digital presence of the brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms.

- Plan and execute social media, content, SEO, email, performance marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.

- Develop content strategies and coordinate the creation of reels, posts, campaigns, blogs, creatives, and promotional content.

- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop effective lead-generation and customer-acquisition strategies.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, audience research, and trend analysis.

- Build and manage marketing funnels from awareness to lead generation and conversion.

- Track and analyze marketing performance, ROI, conversion rates, engagement, traffic, and other key KPIs.

- Use data and analytics to identify what is working and continuously optimize campaigns.

- Develop and maintain the brand's marketing calendar and campaign plans.

- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve lead conversion and customer retention.

- Identify new marketing channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities.

- Manage and coordinate with designers, content creators, freelancers, agencies, or other marketing professionals when required.

- Develop strategies for brand positioning, customer engagement, retention, and long-term growth.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, algorithms, platforms, and industry best practices.

- Prepare regular marketing reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing preferred.

- Strong expertise across social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, lead generation, email marketing, and analytics.

- Proven experience in planning and executing complete marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Ability to create and execute marketing strategies independently.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

- Strong understanding of customer psychology and marketing funnels.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other marketing/AI tools is preferred.

- Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
