- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) campaigns.

- Communicate with interested clients and schedule meetings with the BUILDO team.

- Optimize advertising campaigns for better performance and lower cost per lead.

- Maintain transparency in ad spending and campaign performance.

📊 Performance Rules

To maintain performance and accountability, the following rules will apply:

1. Every client meeting scheduled with the BUILDO team will earn 10 points.

2. Each Digital Marketing Executive must achieve 1500 points per month.

3. All advertising campaigns must be run through Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

4. At the end of each month, the marketer must submit:

- Ad spending report

- Official ad invoices / slips

- Campaign performance report

This ensures the company can verify campaigns and process payments smoothly.
