We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage end-to-end digital marketing activities, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance, brand growth, and ROI-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media strategy, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing for maximum ROI.
Monitor daily campaign performance, conversions, and cost efficiency.
2. E-commerce Marketing
Drive traffic and sales on Shopify, website marketplaces, and D2C channels.
Improve product listings, SEO, and conversion funnels.
Coordinate with e-commerce/website teams for landing pages, banners, and marketing content.
3. Social Media & Content
Develop monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other channels.
Coordinate with the creative team for reels, product shoots, ads, and branding creatives.
Manage influencer collaborations and performance tracking.
4. SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page activities.
Improve website ranking, organic traffic, and technical SEO aspects.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities based on data.
6. Coordination & Execution
Work with internal teams: design, operations, and e-commerce.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Manage campaigns during festive seasons, flash sales, and new product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing (E-commerce preferred).
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube marketing.
Experience with Shopify or any E-commerce platform.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email/SMS marketing, and automation tools.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Good communication, creativity, and project management skills.
