Job Purpose: To strengthen Chyren Publication’s online presence, generate qualified leads, manage social media, and build professional relationships with authors, academicians, researchers, and educational institutions through organic marketing. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management: Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube; prepare content calendars and publish posts, reels, videos, and promotional creatives. 2. Organic Lead Generation: Generate qualified enquiries for book publication, edited books, book chapters, editing, formatting, and other publishing services. 3. Professional Networking: Build connections with professors, researchers, authors, editors, colleges, universities, and publishing partners. 4. Content Creation & Design: Create engaging marketing content, graphic designs, reels, and promotional materials in Hindi and English. 5. SEO & Website Management: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, publish blogs, and improve organic search visibility and website enquiries. 6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Prepare promotional campaigns, share relevant service updates, and maintain professional communication with appropriate consent. 7. Lead Tracking & Reporting: Maintain lead databases, track engagement and conversions, coordinate with the sales team, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. 8. Brand Development: Promote publishing services, new book releases, author testimonials, and company achievements while maintaining consistent brand identity. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline; a marketing or business-related qualification is preferred. 1–3 years of relevant digital marketing or social media experience. Working knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, SEO, and basic video editing. Good communication and content-writing skills in Hindi and English. Ability to use spreadsheets and marketing analytics tools. Strong networking, research, coordination, and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and achieve measurable targets.
