About the Role -
We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to manage Rupeeland Mart’s online presence, social media activities, community engagement, and marketing creatives.
Key Responsibilities -
Manage and maintain Rupeeland Mart’s social media pages.
Create and publish regular content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Handle community posting across relevant groups, communities and local platforms.
Create attractive posters, promotional creatives, offers and campaign materials.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Write engaging captions, promotional content and basic marketing copy.
Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Support promotional campaigns, festivals, offers and store activities.
Coordinate with the HR, Sales and Management teams for content requirements.
Stay updated with social media trends, reels, content formats and digital marketing practices.
Required Skills -
Good knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop or similar design tools.
Good creativity and visual sense.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to create engaging social media content.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, hashtags, engagement and social media analytics.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience -
0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management or Content Creation.
Freshers with good creative skills and practical knowledge of social media/design tools can also apply.
