About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to independently plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn for our real estate clients. You'll own campaigns end-to-end — from budget allocation and targeting strategy to CPL optimization and client reporting — for premium residential and commercial projects across NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search/Display/PMax), and LinkedIn Ads for real estate clients

• Own budget allocation and channel-mix strategy across projects, optimizing for CPL and lead quality (not just volume)

• Set up and manage lead gen forms, landing pages, and CRM/lead-tracking integrations

• Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations (bids, audiences, creatives, budgets)

• Conduct audience research and build targeting strategies including lookalike audiences and retargeting funnels

• Coordinate with the creative/content team to brief and align ad creatives with campaign objectives

• Track and report on key metrics — CPL, MQL/SQL conversion, site visits, CPS — via dashboards and client-facing reports

• Ensure campaigns comply with RERA/HARERA advertising guidelines

• Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and lead targets

• Present campaign performance and strategy recommendations directly to clients

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn (real estate industry experience strongly preferred)

• Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets and delivering on CPL/lead targets

• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and GTM

• Experience with CRM/lead management tools and conversion tracking (CAPI, conversion tags)

• Analytical mindset with the ability to read data and translate it into actionable optimizations

• Excellent client communication and presentation skills

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certification is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience with real estate developers or property portals

• Familiarity with Looker Studio / Supermetrics for reporting

• Understanding of NCR micro-market dynamics and NRI audience segmentation
