Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Rdigi House to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

🌐 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

• Perform On-Page & Off-Page SEO

• Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis

• Website SEO Audit

• Technical SEO (Basic)

• Create SEO-friendly content

• Build quality backlinks

• Monitor website rankings and traffic

• Work with Google Search Console & Google Analytics

💻 Web Development & WordPress

• Design and maintain WordPress websites

• Install & customize WordPress themes/plugins

• Create responsive web pages

• Basic HTML, CSS & JavaScript knowledge

• Website speed optimization

• Website backup & security

• Landing Page Creation

📱 Social Media Management

• Create and schedule social media posts

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & X (Twitter)

• Write engaging captions

• Increase followers and engagement

• Coordinate with graphic designers

• Monitor social media insights

📈 Digital Marketing

• Google Business Profile Management

• Google Ads & Meta Ads (Basic Knowledge)

• Email Marketing

• Content Marketing

• Lead Generation Strategies

• Online Brand Promotion

• Performance Tracking & Reporting
