We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Nexinfo Soft Private Limited to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, leads, and conversions.

• Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-volume and relevant keywords.

• Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking for better SEO performance.

• Conduct On-Page SEO and Off-Page SEO activities to improve organic search rankings.

• Monitor and improve website Technical SEO, including site structure, crawlability, indexing, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and basic Core Web Vitals.

• Perform competitor and backlink analysis to identify new SEO opportunities.

• Create and acquire high-quality backlinks through relevant websites, guest posting, directory submissions, business listings, outreach, and other ethical link-building techniques.

• Develop and implement effective link-building strategies to improve website authority and organic search rankings.

• Regularly monitor and analyze the backlink profile and identify/remove harmful or low-quality backlinks where required.

• Create engaging and visually appealing posts, creatives, and content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar and ensure regular posting across relevant platforms.

• Improve social media presence through engaging, creative, and SEO-friendly content.

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.

• Monitor paid campaign performance, optimize ad spends, and prepare regular performance reports.

• Work closely with design and content teams for smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.

• Develop engaging and SEO-optimized content ideas in collaboration with the content team.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve business goals.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 4 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
