Maintain a unified brand voice, aesthetic, and tone across all platforms.
Manage and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
2. Community Management & Engagement
Actively monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
Foster conversations, build relationships with followers, and cultivate a loyal online community.
Identify and engage with key influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners for collaboration opportunities.
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversions).
Compile weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, algorithm updates, new tools, and competitor strategies.
4. Paid Social Collaboration
Partner with the growth marketing team to align organic social efforts with paid ad campaigns.
Provide creative input and assets for paid social media promotions where needed.
