Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SEO, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media management, email marketing, and web analytics to drive traffic, acquire leads, and build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

  • Optimize on-page content, meta tags, and site structure to improve organic search rankings.

  • Monitor organic search traffic and search console performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush/Ahrefs.

• Performance & Paid Advertising (PPC):

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Track campaign budgets, optimize ad creatives, and analyze performance to improve ROI and lower Cost Per Lead (CPL).

• Social Media & Content Marketing:

  • Manage social media channels, create engaging posts, and maintain a consistent content calendar.

  • Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to produce engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, and ad copy).

• Email & Inbound Marketing:

  • Design, set up, and execute email marketing automation campaigns and newsletters.

  • Segment audience lists and perform A/B testing on subject lines and landing pages to boost click-through and conversion rates.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4).

  • Measure key metrics (traffic, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate) and compile regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Experience: [1–3 years] of hands-on digital marketing experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms, HTML/CSS (is a plus).

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
