Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website campaign management. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, managing online campaigns, and improving our brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Management: Perform ongoing keyword research, optimize website content, manage page speed, and implement both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.

• Website Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end website campaigns to drive traffic, user engagement, and lead generation.

• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure all digital asset copy is SEO-friendly and aligned with campaign goals.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor advertising links and SEO strategies to identify new opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically handling SEO and website campaigns.

• SEO Tools: Solid understanding of SEO guidelines and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.

• Campaign Knowledge: Experience in setting up and managing digital marketing workflows and landing page optimizations.

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and Content Management Systems (like WordPress) is a plus.

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to create engaging campaign copies.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with data-driven thinking to measure campaign success.
