We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence and execute marketing initiatives across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and social media strategy, with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance.
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Create, schedule, and manage content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media accounts.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.).
Manage and update website content using CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to improve digital strategy.
Develop email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and audience segmentation strategies.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Track ROI, conversions, and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in digital marketing across multiple channels.
Strong knowledge of digital tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM tools.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, Google Search Console).
Excellent understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or Data Studio.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with creative thinking abilities.
Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (optional but beneficial).
Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
Knowledge of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate strategies.
Familiarity with video marketing and content repurposing.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible in handling multiple tasks and projects under deadlines.
Willingness to learn, experiment, and innovate.
