Job Title: Digital and Social Media Marketing Executive

• Job Summary

  We are looking for a creative and proactive Digital and Social Media Marketing Executive who can handle end-to-end marketing activities including social media, digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, paid ads, and coordination with web developers. The candidate should be hands-on and capable of managing both online and offline branding.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Instagram & social media pages (content planning, posting, engagement)

  • Create content (reels, posts, captions, stories) for brand visibility

  • Design creatives for social media, website, banners, and marketing materials (using Canva/other tools)

  • Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

  • Handle basic website updates and coordinate with web developers

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns for lead generation

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms

  • Work on offline branding (banners, standees, brochures, clinic branding, etc.)

  • Analyze performance and improve campaigns accordingly

  Required Skills

  • Experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Hands-on with Canva / Photoshop / basic design tools

  • Knowledge of Meta Ads & campaign handling, SEO

  • Content creation skills (basic video editing + copywriting)

  • Basic understanding of websites & coordination with developers

  • Creative mindset with branding understanding

  Preferred

  • Experience in aesthetic / beauty / clinic industry (PMU, skincare, etc.)

  • Knowledge of reels editing tools (CapCut, VN, etc.)

  • Multi-tasker (can handle multiple roles)

  Experience

  • 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong skills can apply)
