​Role Overview

​We are looking for a high-energy, multi-talented Digital Marketing executive to join our growing team. This is a creative role designed for someone who loves the intersection of art and data. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching visual content (graphics and video) and then deploying that content through paid and organic channels to drive measurable growth.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Content Creation & Graphic Design

​Design high-quality digital assets for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), emailers, and website banners.

​Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while pushing the envelope on visual storytelling.

​Create "scroll-stopping" thumbnails and layout designs for ad campaigns.

​2. Video Production & Editing

​Conceptualize, shoot (mobile/camera), and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).

​Add motion graphics, subtitles, and trending audio to enhance engagement.

​Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized social clips.

​3. Performance Marketing

​Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

​Monitor daily campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and suggest optimizations.

​Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives to identify what resonates best with our audience.

​4. Strategy & Analytics

​Track and report on weekly KPIs across organic and paid channels.

​Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and viral content formats to keep our brand relevant.

​Required Skills & Tools

​Design: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.

​Video: Hands-on experience with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile-first editors like CapCut.

​Performance: Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).

​Copywriting: Ability to write catchy headlines and engaging captions.

​Qualifications

​1–2 years of professional experience in digital marketing or a creative agency.

​A strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work (mandatory).

​A data-driven mindset—you don’t just "make things look pretty"; you make them perform.
