Position Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Baywash Detailers is a premium car detailing studio and doorstep car care service provider based in Noida. We specialize in professional detailing, paint protection films, and ceramic coating services for high-end vehicles.

With operations across multiple residential societies, Baywash is redefining convenience and quality in automotive care.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can build brand presence, increase social media engagement, and generate quality leads through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Instagram Strategy & Growth

• • Design and implement strategies tailored to growing our Instagram following, reach, and engagement.

• • Create a robust content calendar featuring posts, reels, stories, carousels, and UGC.

• • Leverage trending formats and features (e.g., reels, interactive stories, hashtags, collaborations) to amplify visibility.

• Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

• • Produce captivating visuals, including before-and-after images, engaging reels, time-lapse videos, and service demonstrations.

• • Edit photos and videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro.

• • Craft compelling captions with a strong call-to-action (e.g., booking inquiries, service features).

• Lead Generation & Conversion

• • Respond promptly and professionally to leads via Instagram DMs, comments, and other social channels.

• • Support booking and inquiry workflows through WhatsApp or social media handles.

• • Assist in Instagram ad campaigns—setting objectives, targeting, testing, and reporting.

• Analytics & Performance Tracking

• • Monitor key metrics: follower growth, engagement rate, reach, story views, ad performance, lead conversions.

• • Generate actionable insights and adjust strategy based on performance data.

• Brand & Community Engagement

• • Maintain consistent brand tone across captions, visuals, and interactions.

• • Engage actively with followers, respond to queries, and foster community through comments, messages, and local automotive groups.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

Proficient with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools.

Understanding of automotive or service industry marketing is a plus.

Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Ability to plan and execute campaigns independently.
