Rajni Intimates is a 37-year-old legacy lingerie brand trusted by millions across South India. As we

step into a new era of modern D2C growth, we are building a strong brand and digital marketing

engine. We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Executive who can bridge branding with

marketing execution and also manage the Founder’s Page strategy.

Job Title: Brand & Marketing Executive

Location: Mysore Road, Bangalore (Rajni Intimates Corporate Office)

Type: Full-time | Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Compensation: 25,000 (in-hand, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage influencer gifting & outreach campaigns.

• Coordinate brand launch campaigns, activations, and promotions (digital + offline).

• Write copy for product pages, emails, social posts, and ads.

• Develop storytelling & positioning strategies for Rajni and the Founder’s Page.

• Daily posting & scheduling with support from content/design.

• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, queries).

• Track analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.

• Assist in messaging/positioning for in-store branding, exhibitions, and retailer communication.

• Track competitors and trends in lingerie/fashion/D2C.

• Suggest campaign ideas and improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in branding, marketing, or influencer management

(fashion/apparel/lingerie preferred).

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

• Hands-on execution ability (posting, scheduling, reporting).

• Languages: English + Hindi (mandatory); Kannada preferred.

• Based in Bangalore, preferably within 5–7 km of Mysore Road.

Growth Path

• Opportunity to grow into Assistant Brand Manager within 12–18 months based on performance.

• Direct exposure to founders and hands-on experience building a D2C brand.
