ABOUT THE ROLE
Mitra Associate is a 14-year-old Kolkata-based IT solutions company specialising in Data Centers, HVAC,
UPS, IP Surveillance, and Enterprise Networking. We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing
Executive to own and grow our entire digital presence — from social media and SEO to paid ads, video
content, and performance analytics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across all channels — social media,
search, display, and email.
• Handle SEO strategy: on-page optimisation, keyword research, link building, technical SEO audits, and
website ranking improvement.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube aligned with
the Mitra Associate brand.
• Run and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets and
delivering measurable ROI.
• Execute GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console tracking — monitor KPIs and submit monthly
performance reports to management.
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form and long-form video content for product showcases, project highlights,
and brand storytelling.
• Manage and update the company website — content uploads, landing page creation, basic HTML/CMS
edits, and speed/UX improvements.
• Generate organic and paid website traffic; monitor bounce rate, session duration, and conversion funnels.
• Conduct competitor analysis and stay current with algorithm updates, trends, and best practices in B2B
digital marketing.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams to create product brochures, case studies, and digital
collateral.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, BBA, or any relevant field. Postgraduate / MBA in
Marketing preferred.
• 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, IT, or infrastructure company.
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings, growing social media followers, and delivering
measurable ROI from paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools — Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Google Search Console, Semrush / Ahrefs, and Meta Business Suite.
• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint are a strong advantage.
• Strong written communication in English and Bengali for content creation.
