Job Description – Social Media Executive (Digital Marketing)

Role Objective :

• Manage day-to-day social media execution for MediConnect.fit, including creatives, reels, posting, engagement, and maintaining a structured 30-day content calendar for a digital healthcare platform. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business.

• Create daily creatives using Canva and basic video editing tools. - Plan, edit, and publish reels and short-form videos with captions, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs.

• Prepare and execute a monthly 30-day content calendar.

• Write captions in English/Hindi/Hinglish aligned with brand tone.

• Respond to comments, DMs, and coordinate with support teams.

• Track reach, engagement, reel views, and follower growth.

• Support campaign launches and marketing initiatives.

• Ensure healthcare-safe, compliant, and ethical content.
  
  Skills & Qualifications - Graduate in Marketing, Media, or related field.

• 1–3 years experience in social media or digital marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Canva, Instagram Reels, Meta tools.

• Basic video editing and content writing skills.

• Organized, disciplined, and deadline-oriented.

• Performance Metrics (KPIs) - Daily posting consistency

• Reel output and engagement

• Follower and reach growth

• Timely monthly content calendar delivery

• Community response time
