We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, social media marketing, and lead generation, especially for service-based industries.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity

• Monitor trends and implement creative campaign ideas

🎨 Content Creation & Design

• Design creatives using tools like Canva

• Develop reels, short videos, and AI-based video content

• Write captions, blogs, and ad copies

📈 Performance Marketing

• Run and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversions

• Track ROI and prepare performance reports

🔍 SEO & Website Management

• Optimize website content for search engines

• Work on on-page and basic off-page SEO

• Update blogs and landing pages regularly

📊 Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics

• Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights

• Suggest improvements based on data

🧠 Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and content strategy

• Basic understanding of SEO and Google Ads

• Experience in service industry marketing (preferred)

• Knowledge of AI tools for video/content creation (preferred)

• Good communication and creative thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
