We are looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, and self-motivated individual who enjoys handling multiple responsibilities and interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into customers.

• Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients.

• Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Prepare quotations and assist with client onboarding.

Digital Marketing

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence.

• Create basic marketing content using AI tools and Canva.

• Publish posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

• Assist with email marketing campaigns.

• Help improve website SEO and online visibility.

• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Online Research

• Research potential clients and target industries.

• Find decision-makers and generate business leads.

• Collect and organize data using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Research competitors, market trends, and business opportunities.

Administrative Support

• Maintain CRM and client databases.

• Prepare reports and presentations.

• Coordinate with internal team members.

• Handle miscellaneous office and operational tasks as assigned.

Desired Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi.

• Confident communication and convincing skills.

• Good internet research abilities.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

• Basic understanding of Canva, ChatGPT, or other AI tools is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
