Job Responcibilities:

1. Website & SEO

• update/manage company website (with product catalog, enquiry form, certifications).

• SEO optimization: rank for keywords like bearings suppliers India, industrial shafts OEM, precision bearings manufacturer.

• Write & publish blogs/case studies for website and social media(e.g., “How to select the right bearing for textile machinery”).

2. B2B Platforms

• Manage IndiaMart, TradeIndia, JustDial listings.

• Optimize profiles with product details, photos, certifications, and client testimonials.

• Handle buyer enquiries and convert them into leads.

3. LinkedIn (Most Important)

• Run & grow the company LinkedIn page.

• Post technical updates, product demos, customer success stories, industry news.

• Connect with purchase managers, plant heads, R&D engineers.

• Run LinkedIn Ads targeting OEMs and industrial clusters (e.g., Pune, Coimbatore, Rajkot, Ludhiana, Chennai).

4. Content Creation

• Ability to make short technical videos (YouTube/LinkedIn) – e.g., product features, factory process, quality checks.

• Design brochures, datasheets, social posts using Canva or similar tools.

• Create email newsletters for OEMs & distributors.

5. Paid Marketing

• Run Google Ads targeting searches like buy bearings for pumps, OEM bearing suppliers India.

• Track ROI and adjust campaigns for qualified leads (not just clicks).

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Use Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and IndiaMart dashboards to track leads, engagement, and conversions.

• Report monthly lead flow and suggest improvements
