Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary 

We are looking for a creative and self-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage our company's online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing social media posts, and promoting our products, services, and company updates. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are passionate about digital marketing and content creation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels. 

• Create engaging and original content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials. 

• Design attractive digital creatives, banners, posters, and marketing collateral using tools such as Canva or similar platforms. 

• Develop and publish regular posts highlighting company products, services, achievements, events, and updates. 

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to improve brand awareness and audience engagement. 

• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on analytics. 

• Coordinate with internal teams to understand products and create effective marketing content. 

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. 

• Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's branding guidelines. 

Required Skills 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing concepts. 

• Basic content writing and copywriting abilities. 

• Familiarity with Canva, Microsoft Office, or similar design and productivity tools. 

• Creative mindset with attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision. 

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. 

Eligibility 

• Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of experience in Digital Marketing are welcome to apply. 

• 12th Pass, Diploma, Undergraduate, or Graduate candidates may apply. 

• Candidates with internship experience in digital marketing or content creation will have an added advantage.
