Job Description

What you’ll do

Rules and Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Executive will drive online visibility, generate high-quality leads, and promote property listings for a real estate mandate firm. This role is responsible for creating and executing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to connect buyers with properties, support the sales team, and enhance the firm’s brand presence.

·       Plan and execute digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

·       Generate qualified leads and walk-ins for real estate projects

·       Track ROI, analyse performance, and improve conversions

·       Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

·       Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and project videos

·       Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis - Track competitor digital campaigns and property trends

Skills Required:

·       Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager

·       Analytics & Reporting

·       ROI-driven campaign mindset

·       Strong understanding of lead generation in real estate

·       Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

·       Analytical, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset

Qualification:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

·       1- 2 years of experience in digital marketing (Real estate mandate/brokerage preferred)
