Key Responsibilities • Manage all company social media pages for Balaji Garment Exports, which include: 1) FMCG Page, 2) Garments Page, 3) Director’s Personal Page, and 4) Booking / Service Business Page. • Plan and maintain a consistent posting calendar for each page. • Upload and manage posts, reels, and videos aligned with brand voice. • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and buyer inquiries. • Create engaging visuals, short videos, and marketing content for social media platforms. • Write catchy captions, post descriptions, and short scripts for reels or promotional videos. • Edit basic videos and reels using mobile or desktop tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or similar). • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google. • Optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and lead generation. • Monitor analytics and share performance insights regularly. • Forward qualified leads from campaigns to the sales team. • Support follow-up communication and maintain lead tracking sheets. • Work with the sales team to align marketing goals with business results. • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital channels. • Research competitor activities and industry trends. • Suggest creative marketing ideas to enhance brand awareness in key export markets (e.g., Ghana, Nigeria, Togo, UAE). • Track follower growth, engagement rates, and ad campaign ROI. • Prepare simple monthly reports highlighting social media and lead generation performance. • Review and update company website content periodically. • Ensure product details, visuals, and contact information remain accurate and up to date. • Assist in creating and sending promotional or announcement messages to existing and potential buyers. • Support marketing communication aligned with export and buyer acquisition goals. Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and paid marketing. • Ability to write short marketing scripts and edit promotional videos. • Basic understanding of digital analytics (Meta Ads, Google Ads). • Creative mindset with attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills in English. • Proactive, organized, and able to multitask. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. • 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media. • Experience in export or B2B marketing is an added advantage.
