Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Develop, implement, and manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic reach and ranking.
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and ensure consistent brand voice and engagement.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create eye-catching digital creatives and marketing assets.
2. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve ROI, CPC, CPL, and conversion goals.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
3. Content & Communication
Create engaging content for posts, blogs, emails, and ad copies relevant to financial products.
Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp marketing.
Manage online reputation through reviews, feedback, and brand responses.
4. Lead Generation & CRM Coordination
Run lead generation campaigns for financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.).
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality lead flow and conversion tracking.
Use CRM tools to manage, segment, and nurture leads.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs.
Creative mindset with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, or basic video editing tools is a plus.
